Happy Scale Day :)

I lost another 3 lbs this week, so that's a total of 6 lbs!!  I haven't even totally re-vamped my diet, so it proves what exercise can do.  I walked 65 minutes yesterday and it felt great.  So thankful to cousin April for asking me to do this with her.  I don't have much else to say, just wanted to share my success with you all.
